Important Dates

• Admission Form Start Date: 20/03/2026 at 10:00 am

• Last Date to Fill the Admission Form: 04/04/2026 at 2 pm

​Age Criteria : Admission shall be restricted to children aged 03 to 04 years as of 01^st April 2026. (Born from 1^st April 2022 to 31^st March 2023).

​Priority of Admission : 

1. Ward of SECL employees (Father/Mother)
2. SECL dependent cases (Grandfather/Grandmother as SECL Employee)
3. Non SECL category students 

Please read the following instructions carefully before filling out the online admission form:

Step 1: Registration

• First, register yourself using your Mobile Number.

Step 2: Generate Password

• Click on Generate Code button. Code will be displayed below.

• Write down the code for future use.

Step 3: Access Your Admission Form

• Whenever you want to access your admission form:

  • Login ID: Your Registered Mobile Number

  • Password: Code generated in Step 2 will be the password.

Step 4: Complete the Admission Form

• Fill in all the required details in the admission form and submit it.

• After submission, you will be redirected to the online admission form fee payment gateway.

• Complete the online payment process.

After successful payment, submit a printed copy of the admission form to the School Office within two days, along with the following documents.

Documents to be Submitted

• Copy of Birth Certificate of the Child

• Copy of Aadhaar Card (Child/Parents)

• Passport Size Photographs of the Child

• Copy of CASTE CERTIFICATE (IF-SC/ST/OBC) 

• Copy of BLOOD GROUP Certificate Proof

• Copy of Address Proof

• Candidates applying under the SECL Category must download the form, get it signed by the competent authority, and submit it to the school office.

Important Instructions

• Do not register multiple times.

• Registering again will create a new admission form.

• Use the same registered mobile number and Password to access your existing account
