Evaluation is as important as teaching. Our evaluation system is devised to develop in the child a habit of regular, systematic and methodical work. These tests which are incentive to hard work and have their diagnostic value both for the teachers and the taught are spread over the whole academic year. Objective type/direct answer/short answer question get due weightage in the question papers to make the tests more reliable and comprehensive. There is weightage for regular home task/class work, project work for promotion. A student is required to secure to secure a minimum of 33% marks or equivalent grade in each major subject and in aggregate to merit promotion to the next class.
